Devler Estates can offer you fractional ownerships as low as twenty five percent (25%) and up to fifty percent (50%) of the actual price of the property. You choose a property we are marketing and decide on what share you would like to own (minimum of 25%). On condition that there are other investors for the same property, the property is then purchased with your ownership secured by way of shareholding or interest in the Company or closed corporation (South Africa) or directly in the Title Deeds in other countries.
You will be responsible for your percentage of the deposit and transfer costs and maintenance charges. Depending on the vehicle used to own the property (Company or Close Corporation etc)mortgage financing may be unavailable and often buyers will obtain finance through their existing primary properties. Devler Estates representative can discuss all the financing options with you before you make a final decision.
